Some of you guys may remember me from a while back, some of you may not - in any case, I suppose I should introduce myself.

Hi - I'm readyforever, the new co-mod here at jaeho_detox.

I'm not here to lay down any extreme rules or anything - I'm just here to tidy things up a bit and organize this place so it'll be easier to navigate.

Having said that, I'm sure that quite a few of you have already received a comment from me stating something along the lines of:

Hi, I've just created your author tag - in the future, please use it and all other applicable tags.

Now, having just spent the last two hours renaming and tagging the most recent fic & art, I've come to realize (late, i know) that detox is well, huge. And we have a ton of authors posting every day.

Which is why I'd like to ask you all - when it comes to author-tagging:

Would you rather use a username-specific system (like the one being implemented now) or a letter-specific system (like the one implemented at hug______)?


Also - please note that I've added the * beta service, * plot bunnies, & * request/search tags. I've seen more than a few of these kinds of posts as I backtracked, so in the future, please remember to tag your posts appropriately. The length & genre tags are also there. Use them - it makes searching for fic a ton easier.


Aside from that, I'd just like to remind you all of a few things.

→ Stay on topic. This is not the place to discuss your thoughts on the relationship (romantic/platonic) between Yunho & Jaejoong. This is a space reserved for fanworks.

Detox,

Firstly, happy (insert whichever holiday you celebrate here)!

Secondly, I apologize for the lack of any sort of maintenance around here. I figured after the rather explosive and drama-filled years that detox has undergone, it would be best for the mod to just back off and let things simmer down. However, as it has been quite a long time since any intervention, I understand that the shrubbery has outgrown itself and needs a bit of trimming.

That said, jaeho_detox will be undergoing some changes in the new year. I will be picking up a co-mod to help me with technical details such as implementing a tagging system. My end goal is for detox to run as smoothly as possible without me playing dictator over what you can and cannot do.

This post is here to receive any suggestions you might have / express what you would like to see different about jaeho_detox.
